Guy Barker is a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years’ experience in the pan-European real estate market and is one of the most experienced participants in the industry. After 13 years with Knight Frank in London and Dusseldorf, Guy joined HypoVereinsbank AG in Munich as Head of Real Estate Asset Management. There he was responsible for building the institutional real estate fund business to a volume of €2.5 billion.In 2005, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Invesco Real Estate Europe. In 2007, together with Tina-Kathrin Rauh, he established Palmer Capital Continental Europe, Arcona Capital’s predecessor organisation.

Tina Kathrin Rauh is a business economist with over 20 years experience in the pan-European real estate business and in-depth expertise in investment analysis and evaluation, cross-border transaction and fund management. Tina-Kathrin started her career at CBRE Investment Advisors in Munich. In 2004 she transferred to Invesco Real Estate as Senior Investment Manager with responsibility for a € 500 million Pan-European real estate special fund. She successfully executed transaction volumes of more than € 350 million across Europe before she became one of the founding partners of Arcona Capitaľs predecessor organisation, Palmer Capital Continental Europe, in 2007.
